Our Grant Recipients: We all know someone who has experienced misfortune. For those people, preserving their dignity while maintaining a household and paying bills can be overwhelming. Beacon Foundation supports Delta Flight Attendants and their families by providing short-term financial assistance for basic living expenses (housing, utilities and food) while lifestyle adjustments are made to manage a serious illness, injury or disability.
Our Volunteers: At Beacon Foundation, the board of directors, base chairpersons and committee members are all made up of Delta Air Lines flight attendants who volunteer their time and energy to help our co-workers. The fundraising committee is a dedicated group of active and retired flight attendants who work hard to support the foundation's mission.
Our Fundraisers are, well, FUN: In Seattle, they know how to have a great time while supporting those in need. From the annual summer Golf-off Luncheon and Tournament to the first Fall Wine Tasting Party, people come together to enjoy each other's company and raise awareness for Beacon Foundation.
Sustaining the Legacy: For nearly 12 years, Beacon Foundation has helped hundreds of flight attendants who have lost their income and are struggling to pay their bills. Your gift provides hope and encouragement.
