To apply for financial assistance, the applicant must meet these requirements to be eligible:
- be a United States based Delta Air Lines flight attendant suffering from, or providing primary care for an immediate family member who is suffering from, a serious/terminal illness, injury or disability
- be unable to work due to the medical situation
- have exhausted all sick and vacation time
Start the process by filling out an application request form. Beacon Foundation will contact you at the telephone number and/or email address you provide and mail an application to you.
The application process is confidential. No one outside of Beacon Foundation will receive any information about your application.
Beacon Foundation does not grant financial assistance to disaster relief, elective surgery or credit card debt. A financial award from Beacon Foundation is intended to be used to pay for necessary living expenses (such as: housing, heat, electricity and food).
